Zyrofin Refund Guidelines
This policy outlines Zyrofin’s refund terms for transactions processed through our fintech services including BBPS, insurance, travel, and related digital solutions.
1. General Refund Principles
Zyrofin follows RBI, BBPS, and partner bank regulations for refunds. Eligibility depends on the payment method, service provider policies, and the nature of the transaction.
Refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method. Timelines may vary based on banks or service providers.
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
2.1 Bill Payments & BBPS
Refunds may apply if:
- A biller rejects the payment
- Duplicate payment occurs
- Technical errors cause failed processing
2.2 Insurance & Travel
- Policy cancellations as per insurer’s rules
- Travel bookings canceled by service providers
- Refunds from airlines, hotels, or agents (subject to their policies)
3. Non-Refundable Transactions
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Completed bill payments successfully settled with billers
- Insurance premiums after policy activation
- Travel bookings marked as non-refundable
- Digital products once delivered or accessed
4. Processing Timelines
Instant – 3 working days
5 – 10 working days
3 – 7 working days
Instant – 24 hours
5. Failed Refunds
If a refund cannot be processed (due to closed accounts, expired cards, etc.):
- You’ll be notified to provide alternate account details
- Refunds will be attempted through valid modes
- Unclaimed refunds will be returned to the source institution after 180 days
